OrgaTech GmbH, based in Luenen, Germany, specializes in consulting services covering all aspects of process optimization and IT systems integration. Backed by a workforce of more than 35 professionals, the company analyzes business processes and develops customized solutions for logistics, production and other operations.

As a partner of the METRO GROUP Future Store Initiative, OrgaTech contributes its comprehensive know-how in process consulting and project management.

The ‘Self Assessment for Quality Management – Information and Answers’ toolbox, or SASQIA for short, was developed in 2004. The proprietary solution supports the validation of electronic quality and process management systems. The OrgaTech solution currently comprises three modules: a quality management tool lets users implement national and international standards, validate their implementation throughout the organization and optimize the process if necessary. The data mapping function captures and evaluates business information, checking data volumes for integrity. The third module enables users to assess the collaboration of its industry partners, for example in terms of health and safety or environmental standards.
