Innovation is at the top of our agenda, and RFID plays a role in this agenda, in addition to other technology developments. Accenture has realized more than 96 RFID projects across the globe in more than 26 industries including retail and other industries.

 

Our projects have used and combined many different technologies, including RFID / GPS / NFC / Sensor, and we have executed all phases of the RFID project lifecycle, from conception to industrial roll-out. The type of work we do in this area covers:

 
  • Business analysis: Accenture applied its proven RFID Solution Methodology to rapidly determine opportunities for the use of RFID solutions.
  • Project implementation: Accenture played a key role in RFID solution design and led the system integration work, including user acceptance and pilot deployment testing.
  • Change Management: Accenture planned, organised and managed change activities to bring the successful completion of RFID project goals and objectives.
