With the MSA, information and services are made available to customers for the first time according to their individual preferences and needs. Response to the challenges in the retailing business
METRO GROUP is convinced that it is providing answers to the challenges in the retailing business with its various Mobile Shopping applications. The focus is always on the value added for the customer. Mobile phones represent an ideal platform for individual customer services. However, the mobile phone is only a means to an end. The key question is whether the services are capable of supplementing or supporting the shopping process and, with this, offer an added value to the customer. The Mobile Shopping List of real,- is a good example illustrating how customers can be optimally supported in planning their shopping.
